The NSPA Network in cooperation with Nordland fylkeskommune, cordially invites you to the NSPA Forum 2014.
When: Tuesday 4th - Wednesday 5th November 2014
Where: Rica Hotel Bodø, Sjøgata 23, Bodø, Norway
We will focus on the upcoming EU Arctic Policy, and how the NSPA regions can work together to influence this policy, with infrastructure and research under the heading "Smart Regions" as key policy areas. One important tool for the NSPA will be the proposed OECD report on the NSPA regions.

Dinner on Tuesday night will be hosted by Nordland fylkeskommune, and will be a unique Arctic experience!
