From 12 to 14 October, the European Week of Regions and Cities (EWRC) took place in Brussels. Northern Sparsely Populated Areas (NSPA), together with the Faroe Islands and Quebec organised a discussion on a secure, sustainable and prosperous Arctic, with contributions from the European Commission and the Brussels-based think tank European Policy Centre.
